We use (or have used) all of the items in our store and we stand behind every plant, pot, and accessory we sell. Every purchase you make is 100% guaranteed.
Returns Policy - Live Plants
We promise to send you healthy plants that 1) meet or exceed the item's description and 2) are free of insects and disease. Sometimes, even with everyone's best efforts (both yours and ours) plants will fail however. If your plant has problems within 6 weeks of purchase, we will refund or exchange the purchase price of the plant - excluding shipping.
Returns Policy - Hardgoods
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange, refund, or credit - whichever you prefer. Simply notify us via email at email@example.com and we'll make arrangements for the best way to handle the issue. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if applicable.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper.
Unless otherwise notified, you order will be sent in 1-2 business days after we receive it. There is no minimum, so don't hesitate to place your order - even if it's only a bottle of nutrient or a bag of LECA pebbles. Our preferred shipper is FedEx.
Shipping rates are weight based. When you place your order, shipping rates are calculated by FedEx (with our discount applied) and applied to your Invoice.
We shipping costs too! Shipping to commercial addresses (FedEx Ground) is 10-15% cheaper than shipping to residential addresses (FedEx Home Delivery). So if you can send your package to the office you will save on shipping.
